Forsake Footwear is a company that creates shoes that are rugged enough to hike in but also look nice when you want to impress. My friend and I decided to take this and visually showcase the versatility of the shoes.
I had originally done this illustration in 2015 but decided I didn't like where it was at. The pose and composition worked, but the overall energy and style wasn't there. Recently I went back into it and tried to remedy those shortcomings.
Below you will see the progress from photograph to sketch to the first iteration which all led to the final piece.
